Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including earnings, deductions, and tax-related tasks. You will maintain payroll records, handle inquiries, and support audits and reporting in a dynamic, global logistics environment.

The role requires Associate’s degree or equivalent and 3–5 years of payroll experience, with proficiency in ADP ProBusiness and Kronos Timekeeping. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-state payroll environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly/biweekly payroll with high accuracy.
• Audit hires, terminations, LOA changes and transfers for pay impact.
• Apply union wage rates, dues and CBA rules; support union reporting.
