Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate processing and recording of company payroll across multiple states. You will manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end cycles and lead payroll tasks during each cycle.

The role requires an Associate's degree and at least five years of multi-state payroll experience, with strong ADP experience and knowledge of regulations. Excellent accuracy and collaboration with auditors are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of processing multi-state payroll is required.
• Associate's degree in accounting, human resources, finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing payroll.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate payroll tasks for each pay cycle and assign to payroll team members.
• Lead payroll processing tasks in the absence of the leader.
• Determine when to set up additional check cycles for bonuses and off-cycle payments.
• Serve as the point of contact for payroll team issues and inquiries.
• Analyze and resolve payroll issues and escalate as needed.
• Test and implement new payroll earnings, deductions, or changes to payroll.
• Liaise with ADP Payroll Consultant on Vantage payroll and time modules.
