Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years or more experience in payroll and/or finance, accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Inputs data to computerized payroll systems to prepare Weekly and Semi-monthly payroll.
• Runs pre-payroll audit reports to ensure accuracy of payroll output.
• Completes payroll processing activities, such as wage and overtime payments, deductions, and off-cycle payments.
• Answers complex payroll questions from employees and management.
• Audits earnings and deductions totals and prepares reports for management.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and company data.
