Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inputs data to payroll systems for weekly and semi-monthly payroll; runs pre-payroll audits.
• Computes wage/overtime, deductions, and off-cycle payments; records repayments for overpayments.
• Answers payroll questions from employees and management; ensures compliance with policies.
• Audits earnings/deductions totals and prepares reports for management.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and company data.
