Qualifications

• Three to five years of payroll and/or finance experience.
• Multi-state payroll processing experience required.
• FPC or CPP designation preferred.
• H.S. diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Inputs data to payroll systems to prepare weekly and semi-monthly payrolls, including updating earnings and deductions.
• Runs pre-payroll audit reports to ensure payroll output accuracy.
• Completes payroll processing, computes wages and deductions, and handles off-cycle payments.
• Answers payroll questions from employees and management, ensuring policy compliance.
• Audits payroll information for accuracy and completeness submitted by field staff.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and company data.
