Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our U.S. Developments Team to drive delivery on one of America’s largest Travel Plaza Redevelopment programs.

This role oversees multiple projects across several states, transforming travel plazas, fuel facilities, and national QSR brands. The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle from design through turnover, collaborating with senior leadership, consultants, contractors, and operations teams in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting, procurement and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager or Owner's Representative to protect Applegreen's interests during project delivery.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and operational opening.
• Develop, maintain and actively manage project schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities to complete the project.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Monitor contractor performance and construction progress; resolve issues.
