Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our expanding U.S. Developments Team and drive delivery on a multi-state travel plaza redevelopment program.

This field-oriented role oversees multiple projects from concept through turnover, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, operations, and senior leadership. Travel to sites will be required, with a hybrid work model supporting collaboration and field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, permitting, procurement and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager and/or Owner's Representative.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and opening.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities.
• Ensure safety, on time, within budget, and quality standards.
