Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property's maintenance programs, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. Under supervision, you’ll assist with make-ready work to meet the property's objectives and ensure residents experience well-maintained living spaces.

You will perform on-site duties such as grounds and common area upkeep, pool maintenance with chemical logs, and respond to work orders while ensuring OSHA and Fair Housing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and daily onsite attendance required.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and minimize future repairs.
• Assist in unit inspections and monitor inventory of equipment and supplies as requested.
