Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across multiple sites. You will assist with community, building, and unit upkeep, respond to resident requests, and help manage make-ready activities under supervision.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. You will perform preventive and cosmetic maintenance, pool care, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community, buildings, and units; respond to requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, including make-ready tasks.
• Maintain pool care and chemical logs; ensure safety and compliance with OSHA.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and inventory tracked; assist supervisor as needed.
