Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our property’s systems and aesthetics under supervision. The role encompasses routine, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance to ensure a safe and welcoming community.

You will assist with make-ready, pool maintenance, and daily inspections, while responding to resident requests, managing on-site tasks, and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community facilities and common areas.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventative and cosmetic maintenance as directed.
• Manage pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds daily for hazards and safety.
• Assist in make-ready and turnover events.
