Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support its communities. The role involves assisting in maintenance activities, including corrective and preventative tasks, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will handle make-ready processes and respond to resident requests to maintain safe, functional properties across the portfolio. Responsibilities include daily site maintenance, pool upkeep, safety compliance, and documentation of service

Qualifications

• On-site software familiarity and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Strong customer service and on-site maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance as directed.
• Assist in make-ready processes to align with property objectives under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Maintain safety, organization, and proper stock in the maintenance shop.
• Perform pool maintenance and chemical logs, and inspect grounds and building features daily for hazards.
