Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You’ll support community maintenance, respond to requests, and help ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained properties.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, pool and grounds care, and assisting with make-ready tasks. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and make-ready processes.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings and units.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs as needed.
• Inspect and maintain daily grounds, common areas, and facilities.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair-related turnover events.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines in all tasks.
