Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our property portfolio. This role involves corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, performing make-ready tasks, maintaining pools and common areas, and upholding safety and OSHA standards. On-site presence and reliable transportation are required, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
• Must have knowledge of OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas in a timely manner.
• Perform and supervise maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks to meet property objectives.
• Maintain safety programs and ensure OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Maintain records of service requests and inventories.
• On-call emergency duties as required.
