Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties across a region. This on-site role covers corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, plus make-ready tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include timely response to work orders, daily inspections, and maintaining safety and OSHA standards, with a focus on resident satisfaction and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas in a timely manner.
• Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily for hazards and compliance.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the property.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
