Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple Florida communities, covering corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role requires on-site presence, attention to safety, and timely response to work orders.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Basic computer skills necessary for on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of community and minimize future repairs.
• Assist in making-ready process and unit inspections as requested.
• Maintain well-organized and stocked maintenance shop and follow safety standards.

Education
