Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist at Store #3417 in Wood Dale, IL. This full-time role supports both wholesale and retail customers, resolving questions, and recommending products to meet needs.

Position requires driving to nearby Elmhurst and Northlake locations about 20% of the time. Pay starts at $19.75 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities. Polish language preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees: at least a 3 (meets expectations) rating.
• Completed HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist in-person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trusted relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Help achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor/warehouse and tint/mix per specs.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries as needed.
