Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products, and supporting deliveries while aiming to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must meet performance expectations.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service and meet sales goals.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and recommending products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Maintain in-stock areas and set up product displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed.
• Assist deliveries and load/unload trucks when required.
