Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to deliver integrated support across mail, copy, reception, hospitality and facilities for client offices in the San Francisco area. This non-exempt role covers multiple sites and requires flexibility and strong customer service.

You will manage mail and package handling, copy projects, visitor greeting, conference room upkeep, and basic floor/facilities tasks.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ year of experience in customer service, hospitality, workplace services, facilities support, or administrative roles preferred.
Basic proficiency with office equipment and familiarity with workplace service systems or ticketing tools.
Physical ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Mail Services: entering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule.
Copy Services: accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects per instructions.
Reception: answer calls, route to appropriate person, greet visitors professionally.
Hospitality: coordinate conference rooms, maintain supplies, keep areas clean and stocked.
Floor Coordination: maintain copy rooms, stock supplies, deliver paper, daily upkeep.
Facilities Services: small moves, cleaning, coordination with client contacts for issues.
Flexibility to cover multiple client sites and varying schedules (7am–7pm).
