Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to deliver integrated workplace services across mail, copy, reception, hospitality, and facilities. The role supports multiple client sites in a defined market, mainly McLean, VA, with occasional visits to Bethesda, MD, and Washington DC, and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities include mail processing, copy/scan services, visitor greeting, conference room setup, and maintaining shared spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, hospitality, workplace services, facilities support, or administrative support roles preferred.
• Basic proficiency with office equipment and familiarity with workplace service systems or ticketing tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mail services including metering, sorting, tracking, and distributing mail and packages.
• Provide copy, print, and scan services as requested.
• Support reception by answering calls, routing inquiries, and greeting visitors.
• Deliver hospitality duties including conference room setup, restocking supplies, and maintaining spaces.
• Ensure meeting rooms and kitchens are clean and stocked for use.
• Manage inventory and distribution of office supplies and kitchen items.
• Assist with general facilities support including moves and workspace adjustments.
• Communicate facility-related issues to client contacts and escalate as needed.
• Maintain high service quality across workplace functions.
• Provide flexible coverage across shifts and locations.
