Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance of our community, handling corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. The role includes the make-ready process and responding to work orders to keep common areas and units properly maintained.

You will perform pool maintenance, maintain safety standards per OSHA guidelines, and monitor inventory and records. A High School Diploma or equivalent plus basic computer skills are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out maintenance processes including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency and cosmetic tasks.
• Make-ready processes under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep chemical logs accurate.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
