Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across multiple community properties, handling preventive, cosmetic, and corrective tasks under supervision. You will participate in make-ready processes and ensure safety and quality standards at each site.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, pool maintenance with chemical logs, and daily safety inspections. OSHA guidelines, on-site software use, and reliable transportation are required for success.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Assist with make‑ready processes in line with property objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings and units promptly.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life and reduce future repairs.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in unit inspections and assist with inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with residents to project a positive image of the community.
• Support on-call emergency coverage as part of the team.
