Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multi-location properties in the Louisville area. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Typical duties include responding to work orders, performing on-site repairs, assisting with make-ready and inventory, and maintaining safety and cleanliness across common areas and units.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform routine, preventative and emergency maintenance to maintain property condition.
• Assist with unit inspections, make-ready, and inventory management.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community.
• Report observed violations of community rules and regulations to supervisor.
