Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our multi-site properties. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, contributing to make-ready tasks and ensuring timely service delivery.

Key responsibilities include handling resident requests, assisting in scheduling maintenance events, and maintaining accurate logs while following safety and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic tasks to uphold property standards.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of maintenance shop and work areas.
