Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance operations across its properties located at more than one site. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

This position requires the ability to perform make-ready tasks, respond to service requests promptly, and maintain accurate maintenance records and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to operate on-site software; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, emergency and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management work orders for common areas, buildings and units.
• Assist with make-ready process and unit inspections under supervision.
• Maintain preventative maintenance records and chemical logs.
• Assist in inventory and safety programs; participate in on-call emergencies.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and compliant with safety standards.
