Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across multiple properties. The role involves preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance, plus make-ready duties to meet community objectives. You will respond to resident requests and maintain safety standards under supervision.

A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required. The position is on-site with on-call responsibilities, offering benefits including health plans, 401K, and paid time off

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required for on-site software functions.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform routine, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance tasks as directed.
• Assist with make-ready processes and maintain a clean, safe maintenance shop.
