Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support several communities nationwide. You will carry out corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include on-site daily attendance, responding to work orders, maintaining logs, assisting with make-ready, pool care, and safety compliance while managing inventory and supporting a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance: corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Assist with make-ready process and daily upkeep of common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety standards, logs, and inventory; assist with pool maintenance.
• Participate in on-call emergency shifts and support maintenance supervisor as needed.
