Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site property maintenance, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. This role also covers make-ready processes to meet operational goals.

You will perform routine maintenance, respond to work orders, uphold safety standards, keep accurate records, and assist with inventory and coordination. Strong basics in computer use and safety knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily maintenance of common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety standards and organize maintenance shop.
• Assist in make-ready and inventory coordination as needed.
