Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties with hands-on maintenance, make-readies, and safety compliance. The role requires regular on-site presence to handle resident requests and keep community facilities in optimal condition.

You will perform preventive and cosmetic maintenance, assist with make-readies, and ensure compliance with safety and OSHA guidelines while maintaining logs and reporting issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas and units in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive, routine, corrective and cosmetic maintenance on the property.
• Assist with the make-ready process to prepare units for occupancy.
• Maintain swimming pool and keep chemical logs accurate.
• Inspect grounds and common areas daily to identify hazards and address issues.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards.

Education
