Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance across properties, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision.

You will participate in make-ready work, grounds and common area upkeep, pool maintenance, and safety compliance, coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. On-call rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Must have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community buildings and grounds.
• Perform routine, corrective, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Support make-ready processes for units and common areas.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as needed.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance in daily tasks.
