Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep apartment communities clean, safe, and well‑maintained. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders within 24–48 hours, perform make‑ready tasks, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

You’ll also help manage inventory, follow safety policies, and deliver courteous customer service to residents while adapting to a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; prior apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; able to interact with residents respectfully.
• Ability to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete tasks safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on apartments, grounds, and common areas.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate with vendors when needed.
• Maintain inventory and tools, document work orders, and follow safety policies.
• Assist in property inspections and report safety concerns to management.
