Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service multifamily properties. You will diagnose and repair mechanical issues, perform routine upkeep, and respond to resident requests promptly.

The role requires the ability to work in varying weather, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain safety standards. Training and a supportive team environment are provided to ensure property upkeep and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II certification or universal refrigerant awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on interiors, exteriors, and common areas to meet property standards.
• Complete resident service requests within 24–48 hours.
• Complete make-readies for new move-ins and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance and document work orders accurately.
• Assist in inspections and support cost-control programs.
