Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold property standards across buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will diagnose issues, complete maintenance tasks, and ensure safety and quality in line with company policies.

Responsibilities include processing work orders quickly, coordinating with vendors, and performing routine inspections while maintaining professional interactions with residents and co-workers. A strong emphasis on safety and efficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Certifications: EPA Type I/II or Universal for refrigerant recycling and state/local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Performs make-ready tasks and pre-move-out inspections for vacant units.
• Schedules vendors and contractors and manages supplies and materials.
• Repairs defects and maintains safety and code compliance.
• Documents work activities promptly for tracking and reporting.
• Inspects contractor work to verify quality and compliance.
• Follows RangeWater safety policies and participates in required trainings.
• Interacts with residents professionally, addressing questions and concerns.
• Assists with routine property inspections to identify safety needs.
