Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for keeping our properties clean, safe, and inviting. You will perform routine repairs, inspect systems, and respond to resident requests to uphold high standards.

The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, a valid driver’s license, and ability to work weekends. Training on Entrata/Yardi/One Site is provided. RangeWater values safety, teamwork, and exceptional service to residents.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with residents and team members.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Addresses resident service requests within 24–48 hours.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Maintains property by performing routine repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Tracks inventory and completes documentation for service requests.
• Inspects work by contractors to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
