Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain indoor and outdoor areas of our multifamily properties. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and complete the make-ready process for new moves-ins while adhering to safety and policy standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, valid driver’s license, and EPA certifications. You will work a standard 40-hour week with site hours, including some weekends, and participate in safety meetings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Takes and completes resident service requests within 24–48 hours.
• Performs make-ready tasks and prepares vacant apartments for leasing.
• Inspects work by contractors to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Maintains property and common areas for cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
• Documents work orders promptly and accurately for records.
