RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operation. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, complete make-readies for new move-ins, and document work orders.

The role requires weekend availability, physical work outdoors, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi or One Site software. Strong communication and a customer-focused approach help residents, coworkers, and management

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1-3 years in apartment maintenance preferred.
• Proficient in communicating and delivering friendly resident service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests within 24–48 hours.
• Complete make-readies for vacant units and schedule tasks.
• Repair items to avoid unnecessary replacements.
• Maintain inventory and request re-orders as needed.
• Document work orders clearly for tracking.
• Inspect contractors' work for safety and quality.
