Job summary

Allied Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Multisite) to oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple communities. You will direct the maintenance team, coordinate repairs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure safety and quality standards across sites.

The role requires leadership experience, strong planning and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate budgets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned communities to provide maintenance coverage and assist with staff management.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine service needs and staffing.
• Assign and oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation tasks; secure bids for outside contractor work.
• Direct contracted projects to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Purchase building and maintenance supplies, machinery, and equipment.
• Plan, track, and manage the maintenance department budget.
• Maintain records of labor, materials, and costs; prepare cost reports.
• Review contractor bids for approval.
• Support property upkeep, including cleaning and unit turnovers.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Promote safe work practices and address safety concerns.
