Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance operations across multiple locations. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff performance while ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating work orders, inspecting facilities, and maintaining inventory within budget under the Community Manager's guidance. On-call coverage and strong customer relations are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC experience desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and regular onsite attendance are required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify hazards.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies within budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and reduce future repairs.
• Supervise maintenance staff and monitor performance under the Community Manager.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality work.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

EPA & CPO certification

HVAC certification/experience desired

Basic computer skills
