Job summary

Sunrise is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee multi-site property maintenance across several locations. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate schedules, track inventory, and ensure adherence to safety programs across properties.

The role covers preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance, with duties including unit turnover preparation, on-site inspections, and collaborating with management to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property maintenance experience.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of Entrata and/or Appfolio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of property maintenance, including preventive and emergency work.
• Prepare market-ready apartments after turnover within 3–5 days.
• Maintain inventory control of tools and supplies and enforce safety protocols.
• Perform on-call emergency service and coordinate with management on major projects.
• Ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained community conditions.
