Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at multiple communities. The role involves managing staff, coordinating work orders, and ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA and housing regulations.

Regular on-site attendance and strong customer service are essential. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards
• Manage and order maintenance supplies within budget
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program
• Promote safety and OSHA compliance
• Supervise and train maintenance staff
• Support Community Manager with staff evaluations
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and maintain positive relations

Education
