Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across the community, ensuring safety, scheduling, and coordination with staff and vendors. The role involves daily site oversight, preventive maintenance, and responsive service to residents.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, EPA & CPO certification, and HVAC knowledge, with strong basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification is required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and supervision of maintenance staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life.
• Control inventory and ensure safety compliance (OSHA) across the property.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff; provide performance feedback to Community Manager.
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage resident relations.
