Job summary

Mark-Taylor Residential Inc. seeks a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance, facilities, and grounds for multiple communities in AZ. You will lead the service team, perform hands-on repairs, and coordinate preventive work to meet company standards.

The role requires 3+ years in multi-family maintenance supervision, with strong knowledge of building systems and safety practices; EPA Universal and CPO certifications are preferred. On-call rotation with additional pay is available.

Qualifications

• At least three years of multi-family Maintenance Supervisor experience, including managing a high-performing team.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems.
• Experience managing vendors and coordinating contractor work; basic reporting skills.
• EPA Universal and CPO certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, facilities, and grounds operations for multiple communities to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Coach and develop the service team to promote accountability, safety and service quality.
• Perform hands-on repairs and diagnostics across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry and appliances.
• Oversee make-ready activity and inventory to support leasing goals.
• Prioritize, assign, and monitor service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Schedule contractors, monitor performance and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate work orders, inspections, inventories, and safety logs.
• Lead capital project bidding, oversight, and execution.
