RADCO Residential is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties. You will manage service requests, preventative programs, and the upkeep of community amenities, partnering with the Property Manager to achieve high-quality service.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, mentoring, and reliable communication with residents, vendors, and staff. A strong maintenance background and the ability to lead a team are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of multi-family maintenance experience.
• CPO certification is preferred.
• HVAC/EPA Type I/II or Universal for refrigerant recycling is required.
• Strong arithmetic and written/verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program that minimizes emergencies and repairs.
• Recruit, hire, and train maintenance staff.
• Schedule team coverage to meet property needs and minimize overtime.
• Periodically inspect work to ensure procedures and performance meet standards.
• Lead, mentor, and empower the maintenance team for maximum productivity.
• Assist in creating the community budget and monitor ongoing maintenance expenses.
