Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote the brand across a defined set of communities and drive occupancy and revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include managing tours, handling leads in CRM, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of communities. The role requires a flexible schedule, weekend availability, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Computer literacy and effective communication in English.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must use own smartphone for work-related tasks (device security compliant).
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and navigate stairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Viviemark Residential's brand and properties.
• Manages leads and tours for assigned communities using CRM.
• Proactively handles tour schedules and resident inquiries.
• Completes leasing documents accurately and on time.
• Provides customer service to residents and cross-sells across sister communities.
• Monitors market trends and supports marketing efforts.
• Maintains professional representation of the company at all times.
