Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multisite Senior Leasing Consultant to lead leasing across communities, promoting the Vivmark brand and driving occupancy and revenue. You will manage tours, leads, and CRM, and mentor Leasing Consultants to deliver exceptional service.

You will coordinate onsite presence, support marketing efforts, and work toward resident retention. Requires three years of sales/customer service experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license with strong English

Qualifications

• Three years of sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if operating a motorized vehicle.
• English communication skills required for all work-related purposes.

Responsibilities

• Promote Vivmark Residential's brand across communities.
• Coordinate tour schedules and onsite presence at assigned properties.
• Proactively manage leads and customer experience using CRM software.
• Complete CRM tasks within the appropriate time frame.
• Promote communities based on resident needs.
• Closely manage tour schedules and inspect ready product daily.
• Employ effective selling techniques to close sales and cross-sell.
• Support marketing efforts and monitor market trends for occupancy needs.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Leasing Consultants.
