Vivmark Residential in Massachusetts is hiring a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote the Vivmark Residential brand across communities and achieve maximum occupancy and revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will divide time: ~60% new sales and tours, 30% resident relations and service, 10% leasing administration; coordinate onsite schedules, manage CRM, and support marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Vivmark Residential's brand to achieve occupancy and revenue.
• Manage tours and new sales for assigned communities.
• Provide high level of customer service and resident retention.
