Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue across a defined set of communities. You will manage tours, build rapport with prospects, and deliver exceptional customer service to support resident retention.

The role requires leveraging CRM systems, coordinating onsite presence, and collaborating with the office and service teams. A strong emphasis is placed on selling techniques, compliance with housing laws, and flexible weekend work.”

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Computer literacy and effective written and oral English communication are essential.
• Flexibility to work weekends and a variable schedule.
• Smartphone use may be required for some duties.

Responsibilities

• Promote Vivmark Residential’s brand and drive occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage tours and new sales opportunities from start to finish.
• Provide excellent resident relations and customer service to support retention.
• Coordinate tour schedules and on-site presence at assigned properties.
• Process leasing documents and support move-ins and postings.
• Maintain CRM data, track leads and communicate with team.
