Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote the Vivmark brand across assigned communities, drive maximum occupancy and revenue, and deliver exceptional customer experiences to prospective and current residents.

Reporting to the Community Manager or Area Sales Manager, you will manage tours, coordinate on-site presence, utilize CRM, and collaborate with service and office teams to close sales and support resident relations.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Vivmark Residential's brand and drives occupancy and revenue.
• Manages property tours and coordinates dedicated on-site presence.
• Proactively uses CRM to manage leads and tasks in a timely manner.
• Promotes communities based on prospective residents' needs and closes sales.
• Supports resident relations, leasing docs, and collaboration with service/office teams.
• Plans resident events and ensures accurate move-in paperwork.
