Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to promote our brand and maximize occupancy across assigned communities. You will manage tours, leads, and resident relations while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will support leasing administration, coordinate onsite schedules, and collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure a high-quality resident experience, including events and community outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote Vivmark Residential’s brand and drive occupancy across communities.
• Coordinate in-person onsite presence and manage tour schedules.
• Proactively manage leads and CRM tasks to support resident retention.
• Assist with leasing documents, events, and coordination across teams.
