Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to promote our brand and manage day-to-day leasing activities at our San Francisco properties. You will coordinate onsite schedules, handle leads via CRM, and guide prospective residents through the tour and application process.

The role requires strong sales and customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work weekends. We offer competitive benefits and housing discounts for team members.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if operating a vehicle during workday.
• Computer literacy and effective written and oral communication in English.
• Knowledge of apartment housing laws at federal and state level.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Use of smartphone for job tasks with security considerations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 15 pounds and navigate stairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Vivmark Residential's brand.
• Coordinates schedules for in-person onsite presence at properties.
• Manages leads and customer experience using CRM at assigned communities.
• Completes CRM tasks within required timeframes.
• Promotes communities based on prospective resident needs.
• Manages tour schedules and onsite visit flow.
• Inspects ready-to-show community and tour path daily.
• Uses selling techniques to close sales and cross-sell to sister communities.
• Maintains knowledge of all aspects of the community and budget implications.
• Supports marketing efforts and monitors market trends for occupancy needs.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to Leasing Consultants.
• Assists residents with payments and ledger inquiries.
• Communicates with service and office teams and residents.
• Coordinates resident events and postings when assigned.
• Prepares and assists with leasing documents and move-in files.
• Ensures compliance with fair housing and landlord/tenant laws.
• Represents the company professionally at all times.
