ECI Group is seeking an experienced Floating Leasing Manager to lead leasing efforts across our portfolio. You will travel between properties, coach onsite leasing consultants, and step in to cover Community Manager duties as needed, ensuring leasing performance and smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel 50–85% across portfolio.
• High school diploma or GED; valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of leasing experience with leadership.
• Experience supporting site-level operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; leadership ability.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and ADA compliance.
• Proficient in Office software and PM systems (Yardi, EliseAI).

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned communities 50–85% to support leasing.
• Lead, coach, and motivate onsite leasing consultants.
• Provide operational coverage during Community Manager absences.
• Assist onboarding and training of new leasing hires.
• Drive sales by highlighting community quality and lifestyle.
• Guide prospects through qualification and applications.
• Support reporting, file audits, and compliance checks.
• Ensure move-in readiness and access for residents.
• Report leasing performance to the Director of Property Management.
• May assume financial responsibilities during absences.
